Hello, I come from Austria, I am no breeder, but the owner of a male Welsh Terrier, who suffers from epilepsy. I collect pedigrees to help to find out, if there are special lines, where carriers might be in.
My question is now, if I am allowed to fill in all the pedigrees, I posesss - if I am not the owner of the dog.
